Full of youthful energy, our non traditional light- bodied 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a balanced vintage of cherry and blackberry to easily enjoy in its current state. Aged in French Oak, this wine shows promise of maturing to its full potential if stored properly in your wine library. It is also well- complemented by an aerator or a decanter.
Pair with a creamy goat cheese with pear preserve, or a sharp cheddar with mild salami.
Having a rich fruitful bouquet this vintage rendered us a classic medium bodied varietal. Aged in Neutral French Oak, this bold wine offers fruit forward notes of blackberry that carries into a smooth finish. Enjoy this delicacy with stuffed mushrooms or with a savory stir-fry and your choice of protein.
Our 2011 Syrah is light and non-traditional with fruity characteristics of marionberry, cherry, and strawberry followed by a smooth finish. Enjoy on a hot summer day chilled to 58° for a nice alternative to a white varietal.
We currently ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C.
