Our 2012 Merlot is a non-traditional medium bodied wine offering the palate more character with it’s well balanced flavors of fruit and oak. Though very pleasant, this wine is quite simple by design and provides lush textures and tones all year.
Perfectly enjoyed alone or with mild creamy cheeses and cured meats.
2013 Cabernet Sauvignon$23.00
Full of youthful energy, our non traditional light- bodied 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is a balanced vintage of cherry and blackberry to easily enjoy in its current state. Aged in French Oak, this wine shows promise of maturing to its full potential if stored properly in your wine library. It is also well- complemented by an aerator or a decanter.
Pair with a creamy goat cheese with pear preserve, or a sharp cheddar with mild salami.
2015 Rosé Sangiovese$18.00
Our unique Rosé is made using the Saignee method and aged 16 months. making a beautiful and vibrantour unique and beautiful 2012 Rosé was first incepted after the juice from our 2012 Sangiovese and transferred into a stainless steel barrel where it aged for 16 months. Chill to a cool 50°F, to best enjoy this beautiful and vibrant wines’ offerings of fragrant strawberry and bold pineberry undertones.
Perfect to pair with a summer night dinner by the grill with vegetables or your favorite pasta tossed in a light sauce.

Also from our Sangiovese grapes and made using the Saignee` method , our dry 2018 Rose’ stands a part from our 2015 vintage. Although darker than 15 Rose’ this wine offers mild undertones of cherry and stands exceedingly well on its own. However, if you would like to pair it with a nibble or two, throw your taste buds for a spin using a spicy cheese, sweet marmalade and water cracker.
