Our unique Rosé is made using the Saignee method and aged 16 months. making a beautiful and vibrantour unique and beautiful 2012 Rosé was first incepted after the juice from our 2012 Sangiovese and transferred into a stainless steel barrel where it aged for 16 months. Chill to a cool 50°F, to best enjoy this beautiful and vibrant wines’ offerings of fragrant strawberry and bold pineberry undertones.
Perfect to pair with a summer night dinner by the grill with vegetables or your favorite pasta tossed in a light sauce.

This untraditional blend of 34% Sangiovese, 33% Syrah and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved into a delicious treat for the nonchalant risk taker. While being aged in Neutral French Oak you can enjoy the fruit forward characteristics of plum and cherry which fluidly transitions into a pleasant bright finish. Enjoy this wine with seasoned or marinated grilled shrimp, salmon or flank steak.

Also from our Sangiovese grapes and made using the Saignee` method , our dry 2018 Rose’ stands a part from our 2015 vintage. Although darker than 15 Rose’ this wine offers mild undertones of cherry and stands exceedingly well on its own. However, if you would like to pair it with a nibble or two, throw your taste buds for a spin using a spicy cheese, sweet marmalade and water cracker.
