Our unique Rosé is made using the Saignee method and aged 16 months. making a beautiful and vibrantour unique and beautiful 2012 Rosé was first incepted after the juice from our 2012 Sangiovese and transferred into a stainless steel barrel where it aged for 16 months. Chill to a cool 50°F, to best enjoy this beautiful and vibrant wines’ offerings of fragrant strawberry and bold pineberry undertones.
Perfect to pair with a summer night dinner by the grill with vegetables or your favorite pasta tossed in a light sauce.
Our 2012 Merlot is a non-traditional medium bodied wine offering the palate more character with it’s well balanced flavors of fruit and oak. Though very pleasant, this wine is quite simple by design and provides lush textures and tones all year.
Perfectly enjoyed alone or with mild creamy cheeses and cured meats.
This untraditional blend of 34% Sangiovese, 33% Syrah and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved into a delicious treat for the nonchalant risk taker. While being aged in Neutral French Oak you can enjoy the fruit forward characteristics of plum and cherry which fluidly transitions into a pleasant bright finish. Enjoy this wine with seasoned or marinated grilled shrimp, salmon or flank steak.

Wine Storage Tips
Get the most out of your Clavey wine with proper storage. Here are a few tips to help:
Consistency:Low Temp, High Humidity, Darkness - Be sure to store your wine away from direct light between50% to 70% humidity.Proper humidity will prevent the cork from drying out and causing oxidation. Wine should be kept at a constant temperature of 45 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit, though 55 degrees is ideal.
Store Sideways -Store your wines on its side so it keeps constant contact with the cork, preventing it from drying out and causing oxidation.
Closets & Basements -seldom used closets and home basements are great places to store your wines. Don’t store in the kitchen as it can get too warm, nor in the fridge long term as it can dry out the cork.
