Our 2011 Syrah is light and non-traditional with fruity characteristics of marionberry, cherry, and strawberry followed by a smooth finish. Enjoy on a hot summer day chilled to 58° for a nice alternative to a white varietal.
This untraditional blend of 34% Sangiovese, 33% Syrah and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon has evolved into a delicious treat for the nonchalant risk taker. While being aged in Neutral French Oak you can enjoy the fruit forward characteristics of plum and cherry which fluidly transitions into a pleasant bright finish. Enjoy this wine with seasoned or marinated grilled shrimp, salmon or flank steak.
Being more of a classic Syrah our 2013 Syrah is a medium bodied wine. While having aromas of dried plums and blackberry, this wine has a smooth taste and a lingering fruit finish. Enjoy this varietal with a dark cacao bar or with a braised lamb shank for lunch or dinner.

Store Sideways -Store your wines on its side so it keeps constant contact with the cork, preventing it from drying out and causing oxidation.
Closets & Basements -seldom used closets and home basements are great places to store your wines. Don’t store in the kitchen as it can get too warm, nor in the fridge long term as it can dry out the cork.
